Discount options
Schultz Holiday Homes has a reputation for offering excellent
holiday homes at reasonable prices.
Many of them also offer discounts under certain
circumstances.
For example, if only two people stay in a holiday home and/or they
stay for at least 14 days, many owners offer a 10-20%
discount.
If you book more than five months before arrival, a further 5%
discount is available.
The catalogue states the discounts that are available for each
holiday home.
The following rules apply to our discounts:
Discount 1
Applies for a minimum of 14 days' consecutive rental in season C,
D, E or F
= 10%
Discount 2
Applies when a maximum of two people stay in a holiday home in
season C, D, E or F (includes guests and children under the age of
2)
= 10%
Discount 3
Applies when a maximum of two people stay in a holiday home in
season C, D, E or F (includes guests and children under the age of
2)
= 20%
Early-bird discount
Applies if you book at least five months before arrival
= 5%
NB: Discounts may be combined but cannot be used together with a
Last Minute offer.
A finalised contract cannot later be changed to take discounts into
account.
