Blåvand
Blåvandshuk Lighthouse towers high above the blue waves and the
broad white sandy beach at Denmark's most westerly point. The
scenery is fantastic, ranging from forests and plantations to the
vast Kallesmærsk Heath.
But Blåvand is much more than just nature and beaches. It's also a
lively, modern holiday town with plenty of shopping, wellness
facilities and a host of other things to see and do. The town
centre houses a multitude of shops, which attract people from near
and far, all year round. There is a wide range of restaurants and
pleasant cafés offering everything from ice cream and pizza to top
class gastronomy.
